Payment Terms

1.Gold Coins

Gold Coins are a virtual, consumable balance used only within Haka to unlock tarot readings, zodiac portraits, and AI Guide conversations.

Gold Coins have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, resold, exchanged for cash, or used outside Haka. Gold Coins do not earn interest, rewards, income, or returns.

2.One-Time Purchases

Haka offers one-time Gold Coins purchases. Packages, prices, currency, and Gold Coins amounts are shown before checkout.

The first release has no subscriptions, auto-renewal, or recurring billing.

3.Checkout and Payment Verification

Payments are processed by a third-party checkout provider. Haka does not store full payment card numbers.

Gold Coins are only added after Haka's server-side systems successfully verify the payment. A checkout success page or payment redirect does not by itself mean Gold Coins have been added.

If payment verification is still in progress, your account may show a “processing” state until verification completes.

4.Spending Gold Coins

Haka should show the required Gold Coins amount before a paid action. Paid actions may include:

• A single-card tarot reading.
• A three-card tarot reading.
• A zodiac portrait.
• AI Guides monthly access.
• AI Guides token overage after the included quota is used up.

Once Gold Coins have been spent to unlock delivered digital content or active AI Guides access, that transaction is generally final unless the Refund Policy applies.

5.AI Guides Monthly Access

AI Guides monthly access is purchased with Gold Coins and lasts 30 days. It unlocks conversations with the available AI Guides during that access window and includes the token quota stated for the period.

If the included quota is used up, additional AI Guide messages may consume Gold Coins under the token overage rules shown in the product. AI Guides monthly access does not auto-renew.

6.Payment Issues

If a payment is canceled, fails, expires, or is not completed, Gold Coins are not added.

If a payment requires review, Gold Coins may not be added until the issue is resolved. For help, contact support@haka.app with your order number.

7.Account Records

You can view basic top-up and Gold Coins activity in your account area. Some payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, and legal records may be retained even if account content is deleted.

8.Price Changes

Gold Coins packages, prices, included quotas, and feature costs may change over time. Changes do not affect Gold Coins already added to your account, but future purchases or paid actions may use updated pricing.
