1.What Haka Provides

Haka provides AI-generated entertainment and self-reflection experiences, including tarot readings, zodiac portraits, and AI Guides. These experiences are designed to offer entertaining perspective through symbolic interpretation, viewpoints, and personalized insights.

Haka does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Haka makes no promises about predictions, outcomes, decisions, relationships, health conditions, financial results, or life events.

2.Your Account

An account may be required to use paid features, save results, view account activity, or top up Gold Coins. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your email account and for the activity under your Haka account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You may not use Haka for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.

3.Eligibility

You may not use Haka if you are under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. Purchases may only be made by someone authorized to use the selected payment method.

4.Gold Coins and Digital Content

Gold Coins are a virtual, consumable balance used only within Haka to unlock digital content and AI interaction experiences. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, resold, or exchanged for cash, and do not earn interest or returns.

Paid experiences may consume Gold Coins. The required Gold Coins amount should be shown before you confirm a paid action. Once digital content, AI output, or AI Guides access has been delivered, refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

5.AI-Generated Content

Haka uses AI systems to generate content. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for every situation. You are responsible for deciding how to interpret and use Haka's content.

Do not treat Haka as a substitute for professional advice. For medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or safety matters, consult a qualified professional or the appropriate emergency services.

6.Payments

Gold Coins can be purchased through a third-party checkout provider. Haka does not store full payment card numbers. Gold Coins are only added after our server-side systems verify the payment.

7.Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Haka, including attempting to reverse-engineer the service, interfere with security, abuse promotions or payment flows, scrape content, create fraudulent accounts, harass others, submit unlawful content, or use Haka to solicit harmful instructions.

8.Changes and Availability

We may update features, prices, Gold Coins packages, AI models, content formats, or availability from time to time. We may suspend or limit access for security, fraud prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, or service integrity.

9.Account Deletion

You can request account deletion through the controls available in your account or by contacting us. Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, dispute, accounting, or legal requirements.
